FROM THE FOUNDER
Five minutes for the morning I kept missing.
I spent years telling clients that wellness should be simple. Then I stepped away from coaching to build a business, and — like most founders — I stopped practising what I preached.
Four coffees a day. Bloated mornings. A gut that stopped cooperating around year two. I didn't need another greens powder, another routine, another thing to forget.
I needed one shot I could take in a minute and actually feel.
So I built it. I worked with a formulation lab in London on seven ingredients I could defend — not seventy. Pre-dosed into sachets because the morning is a chaotic moment, not a measuring one.
